Patrick Murphy’s campaign released a new TV ad Wednesday, hitting Rep. Allen West’s record on women’s health issues.

“Behind the ads, who’s the real Allen West? His bill would make all abortions illegal, even in the cases of rape and incest. West voted against access to birth control and life-saving mammograms,” the narrator says in the spot.

The ad also features comments West made in 2011, suggesting progressive women have caused men to become “subservient.”

The 30-second spot, Entitled “Agenda,”is backed by what Murphy’s campaign is calling a “significant buy on network and cable TV in the West Palm Beach-Treasure Coast market.”
